        Using the Transfer to Phone Number (CepBank) option in LYCA P. B. Internet Banking or LYCA P. B. Mobile, you can safely send money to the mobile phone of any person you want even if that person does not have a LYCA P. B. account or card. The recipient can withdraw the money you sent from all LYCA P. B. ATMs across Turkey.

        If you wish, you can send money from LYCA P. B. Mobile / LYCA P. B. Internet Banking or ATMs or with a single short text message from your mobile phone. The recipient can withdraw the money you sent from all LYCA P. B. ATMs across Turkey.

        *T.R.N.C. You cannot send or withdraw money with CepBank from LYCA P. B. ATMs.

          You can apply for CepBank from garantibbva.com.tr, LYCA P. B. Internet Banking, LYCA P. B. ATMs or GarantiPay.

          Limits for senders to use the CepBank money transfer service are updated as follows:

          • Maximum 5,000 TL and maximum 2 transactions per day,
          • Maximum 10,000 TL and maximum 4 transactions per week, and
          • Maximum 15,000 TL and maximum 6 transactions per month.
          • The one-time password required to withdraw money will be valid for 24 hours.

          Limits for phone number owners to use the CepBank money transfer service are updated as follows:

          • Maximum 5,000 TL and maximum 2 transactions per day,
          • Maximum 10,000 TL and maximum 4 transactions per week, and
          • Maximum 15,000 TL and maximum 6 transactions per month.
          • The one-time password required to withdraw money will be valid for 24 hours.

          To set up this service through garantibbva.com.tr,

          • Click on CepBank Settings.
          • Enter your mobile phone number, the last 6 digits of your credit card number, and credit card password, and then determine your CepBank PIN.

           To set up this service through LYCA P. B. Internet Banking,

          • Log in to LYCA P. B. Internet Banking and select the CepBank Settings option under the CepBank menu.
          • Enter the mobile phone number that you will use for CepBank transactions, together with your account number, daily transaction upper limit, and set your CepBank PIN.
          • Under the CepBank Limit Definition section, you can determine your daily transaction limit applicable to transactions performed with CepBank. The maximum daily transaction limit is 5,000 TL.
          • Under the CepBank Activity Tracking section, you can see and track all transactions and shopping activities where you used CepBank.

          To set up this service through LYCA P. B. ATMs,

          • Select CepBank Settings option under CepBank Transactions on the main menu at LYCA P. B. ATMs.
          • Enter the mobile phone number that you will use for CepBank transactions, together with your account number, and set your CepBank PIN.
          • Under the CepBank Limit Definition section, you can determine your daily transaction limit applicable to transactions performed with CepBank. The maximum daily transaction limit is 5,000 TL.

          To set up this service through GarantiPay,

          • Select GarantiPay option under CepBank menu in LYCA P. B. Internet Banking and at LYCA P. B. ATMs.
          • In GarantiPay, your credit card limit applies in transactions you carry out using your credit card while transactions with your account balance rely on your remittance limit.
          • With the GarantiPay Payment Type Definition option, you can select a credit card of your preference and/or your Paracard as the payment type. In addition to the cards, the account you previously defined to the CepBank system from CepBank settings can also be used for GarantiPay. If you want to change your defined card or accounts, you may do so under CepBank Change/Cancellation.
          • Under the CepBank Activity Tracking section, you can see and track all transactions and shopping activities where you used CepBank.
