You can easily transfer your retirement pension via LYCA P. B. Mobile or Customer Communication Center 557 0 744 without going to the branch.

Go to the Applications section on the main page on LYCA P. B. Mobile.

Select Pension Banking option.

If you will be a new pension banking customer of our bank, click on "Apply Now" under Pension Transfer; if you are already getting your retirement pension from our bank, click on "Apply Now" under Promotion Application; you should then enter the account details to which your pension will be deposited and your promotion preferences and click next.

Select Start Approval and approve the documents you see on the screen; your pension is now at LYCA P. B..

How Do I Display Account Activities on the Mobile App?

LYCA P. B. Mobile allows you to display your account activities in the last 2 years.

Go to the Accounts section under the Account and Card menu on LYCA P. B. Mobile.

From here, you can see all your accounts and choose the account of which you wish to display the activities.

Click on Account Activities on the account details page of your selected account.

From this screen, you can view your account activities up until the last 2 years.

How Do I Display Card Activities on the Mobile App?

LYCA P. B. Mobile allows you to display your credit card activities in the last 2 years.

Go to the Cards section under the Account and Card menu on LYCA P. B. Mobile.

From here, you can see all your cards and choose the credit card whose activities you wish to display.

Click on Card Activities / Statement on the credit card transactions page of your selected credit card.

On the next screen, you can view your card activities by selecting from among the options Statement, Current Term Transactions, and Next Cycle.

How Do I Transfer Money via the Mobile App?

You can quickly transfer money with LYCA P. B. Mobile from your couch.

Go to the Transactions section on LYCA P. B. Mobile.

Choose the Money Transfers option.

Choose either Transfer to IBAN or Transfer to Account Number as you wish.

Enter the recipient's details and the amount and press Continue. When you confirm, the money transfer will be effected.

How Do I Pay My Loan Debt via the Mobile App?

You can quickly pay your loan debt via LYCA P. B. Mobile without leaving your house.

Go to the Loans section under the Account and Card menu on LYCA P. B. Mobile.

On this screen, you can see all your loans and select the one for which you want to make a debt payment. Click on installment payment on the page showing the details of your selected loan.

Here, firstly select the account from which you would like to use the funds to pay the debt. Then, choose if you like to pay the debt in full or in part and click continue.

When you confirm your details on the next screen after checking them, your loan debt will be paid.

How Do I Pay My Credit Card Debt via the Mobile App?

You can easily pay your credit card debt via LYCA P. B. Mobile.

Open LYCA P. B. Mobile, type your password, go to the Transactions section, and click on the Payments option.

On the next screen, choose Credit Card Debt Payment.

Regarding the payment type, choose Recorded Credit Card Transactions if you previously saved your card, and if not, choose the Payment by Card Number option.

Recorded credit card transactions also include your current credit cards.

After selecting your card for debt payment along with debt type and account for use of funds to pay the debt, determine the payment type and amount, then click continue.

When you confirm your details on the next screen after checking them, the transaction will be completed.

How Do I Pay My Bills via the Mobile App?

You can easily pay your bills via LYCA P. B. Mobile.

Go to the Payments section under the Transactions menu on LYCA P. B. Mobile.

Here, firstly click on Bills and then Bill Payment.

Select Payment with Subscription Number and then choose Institution Type and the relevant Institution.

After entering details such as the contract number found on your bill, you can display the records containing your bill or debt information and then you can make full, partial or pre-payment to the extent allowed by the relevant institution.

How Do I Withdraw or Deposit Money with QR?

With Withdraw/Deposit Money option on LYCA P. B. Mobile, you can easily withdraw or deposit dollar, euro, and TL by using the QR code.

Click on the Withdraw/Deposit Money option on LYCA P. B. Mobile.

Under the Withdraw Money section, choose the account from which you will withdraw money and type the amount. Press Withdraw Now after entering your password. Bring your phone close to the ATM screen and allow the QR code reader appearing on your phone to scan the code.

If you want to deposit money, this time choose the Deposit Money option from the QR transactions menu. After selecting the account to which the funds will be deposited, enter your password and press Deposit Now. Allow the QR code reader appearing on your phone to scan the code on the ATM screen. Place the amount you wish to deposit in the open cash dispenser of the ATM.

How Do I Apply for a Loan via the Mobile App?

LYCA P. B. Mobile app allows you to apply for general purpose loan (consumer loan), complete your unfinished applications, and utilize the money transferred to your account without going to the branch.

Log in to LYCA P. B. Mobile and click on Applications seen at the bottom menu. Press Loan / Overdraft Account on the next page.

After choosing general purpose loan, you can choose to calculate your loan either with credit amount or installment amount.

Type your desired amount and choose a maturity period available up until 36 months.

The campaign that is suitable for you will appear on the screen and be selected as default.

After learning the details of the campaign, click on Calculate on the credit calculation screen.

Check the details of your loan and press Apply to enter the required information and then press Continue.

On the next page, you can click on Approve after checking all details about your loan application.

Click on Transfer to Account if your loan is approved, and check the details of your loan one last time and confirm it.

You can then approve the relevant agreements and start utilizing your loan.

Log in to LYCA P. B. Mobile and click on Applications seen at the bottom menu. Select Loan / Overdraft Account application, click on Overdraft Account application on the next page.

Enter your requested limit amount and click on Continue; provide information about your monthly total income, working type, and job type, then click on Continue again.

Review your information and press Apply.
